At Deverell Hall Preschool we welcome all feedback from parents - good or bad. We thankfully have an excellent record of providing first class childcare for preschool children in the Purbrook and Waterlooville areas. We use our feedback comments to help us continually improve and build on our excellent reputation of looking after your children. Highly recommend Deverell Hall Preschool
I was so happy that I chose Deverell Hall Preschool for my children to attend their preschool years for. The school is well organised, but above that, their teachers and staff are friendly and very down to earth. My kids loved their time at the preschool and I knew that they were always well looked after.
The quality of care received is reassuring
My son loves Deverell Hall Preschool and he always seems very happy when he comes away from his daycare at the school. There are several teachers at this school who I probably speak to more often than others, but the whole team seem professional, but loving and caring. This is important to me and my partner, but above all to Sam. Thank you for looking after our son.
My child is extremely happy at Preschool
Every day my child comes home happy, and is always excited to know that she is going to school on any given day. The staff are friendly and always approachable, and my girl just loves her time at the school. Well done to all the staff and thank you to Jane and her team for being there when it counts!
Making a complaint
Should you have any concerns about how your child is doing at Deverell Hall Preschool, then please do not hestitate to speak to their keyperson. However, if there is a matter of any complaint, then it is always best to speak with the PreSchool Manager in the first instance, and we will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have, and make sure that your complaint has been dealt with in a professional and satisfactory way.
If after having spoken with the Preschool Manager, and failing a satisfactory outcome, then we have a detailed Complaints Procedure in place whereby urgent matters can, or should be able to, be resolved in a positive way.
